Now aside from Lil' Wayne's recent run in with the law across the border for the same reason he will be serving time next year, a real estate agent ran into a slight problem selling the 'legendary' rapper's Florida home. The way the agent puts it, the fucking house STUNK!

There were plans to show the home to an interested buyer in the assumption that Wayne, let alone his crew, would not be in the home at the time of viewing/point of sales. Unfortunately, all was there, including Wayne, during the time of showing and no, the house was not even clean.

According to the said agent, the house was in complete disarray, wreaking of of marijuana and padussy; unclean sex amongst hygienically challenged people. There was even 'an observation' of scantily clothed strippers , um, women parading about and dancing to loud music. An attempt to reschedule the appointment went in vain as the buyer was still interested in at least seeing the home -- in all its unclean glory. Star struck, much?

Under usual circumstances, houses that smell or in poor conditions, no matter the locale or owner, don't sell. Moreover, potential buyers, regardless of income bracket, would be outraged at being subjected to anything unprofessional. So those of you in the business of selling property, take note.

Besides, it didn't work for Kevin Federline aka 'The Pancake Man' when he literally tore a house up not only in value but stench factor prior to being forced to evacuate, due to being served with eviction papers, so why would this be any different?

LOL! How the agent manage to close a sale on that house would amaze me. If it is true.

I don't think the house will sell if it smells that bad. and what new luxury home owner wants to take time to flush a luxury home of unsanitary activities? Just asking.
