German pop star, Nadja Benaissa, has been charged with 'causing bodily harm' after one of her former lovers tested positive for HIV.
As some of you may recall, last year Benaissa was arrested and jailed after it was discovered she had unprotected sex with three men without disclosing her HIV positive status. At the time her lawyer argued she should 'enjoy the presumption of innocence' because there was no proof she had passed the virus to any of her lovers, and Nadja was released after ten days in jail.
Well, I gather that her fucking lawyer is kicking his on ass right now because one of her lovers, since then, has tested HIV positive and now she has been formally charged.
A spokesperson for the prosecutor says, 'She was well aware that any unprotected sexual contact can lead to the virus being passed on.'
So, if convicted, this bitch faces up to 10 years in prison.
Now, gentleman, a word to the wise to you: there is no pussy worth dying over. So be careful and keep a condom ON you at all times; for possibly experiencing shit like this is not even worth it.
